What does AI first actually mean here?
AI agents handle the work that follows rules: first replies to enquiries, qualification questions, reminders, reports and first drafts of copy and creative. Every decision about money, message or direction is made by me, and nothing goes live without a human check.
That split is why one person can run what used to take five.
You have a full time job. How is that going to work?
The system is built so it does not depend on me being available. Campaigns run, automation fires and leads get a real answer within seconds, all day.
Build work happens in the evenings, every day. Urgent issues get a response within four working hours on WhatsApp, and there is one scheduled call a week at a time that suits you.
Why is this cheaper than an agency?
One person and no overhead. No office, no account managers, no sales team and no margin stacked on freelancers who do the actual work. An agency charging ₹80,000 is paying five salaries out of it, which is also why your task takes three weeks.
What exactly is the setup fee for?
CRM architecture, automation logic, WhatsApp API approval and flows, landing pages, tracking and attribution. That is two to four weeks of concentrated build work before any ad spend makes sense. Charging it separately keeps the monthly fee honest.
Do I keep everything if we stop working together?
Yes. Everything is built in your accounts, under your ownership, from day one: ad accounts, CRM, domain, automation and data, plus the documented process. A system that dies when the vendor leaves was never a system.
Who pays for tools and ad spend?
You do, directly, on your own card. Tools usually run ₹3,000 to ₹8,000 a month depending on WhatsApp volume and CRM choice. I recommend the cheapest option that does the job and earn nothing from any tool I suggest.
How long before I see results?
Leads usually start within two weeks of launch. Numbers you can plan a business around take sixty to ninety days, because that is how long it takes to separate signal from noise.
Will you work with my competitor?
No. One client per category per area. If I run a dental clinic in Andheri, I will not take another one in Andheri. It is also why capacity is limited.
